SEBI fines NDTV Rs. 50000000 over disclosure lapses SEBI imposed a penalty of Rs. 50000000 on NDTV for its failure to disclose price-sensitive information about VCPL loan agreements. The agreements had contained clauses and conditions that substantially affected the functioning of the company, SEBI said.
