Parag Milk Foods, Maini Precision file for IPO Parag Milk Foods and Maini Precision Products on Thursday filed draft papers with SEBI to float their public offers to fund business expansion. Parag Milk Foods public issue consists of fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs.3250000000 and an offer for sale of up to 1.980000000 equity shares. Under the Maini Precision Products’ IPO, there would be a fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs.500000000. Besides, there is an offer for sale of shares by the promoters. — PTI
