SEBI bars Zylog chairman, 5 others from capital market

The Securities and Exchange Board of India, on Thursday, barred Chairman and five others of outsourcing firm Zylog Systems from the securities market on charges of fraudulent trading activities. Zylog Systems Chairman and CEO Sudarshan Venkatraman, its Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer Ramanujam Sesharathnam, and CFO S. P. Srihari are among the five barred by the market regulator in its interim, ex-parte order, until further orders. — PTI
