SC issues notice to SEBI on Indo Gulf IPO

The Supreme Court on Friday issued notice to the Securities and Exchange Board of India and others on a plea by Integeral Finvest, seeking to restrain the market regulator from giving nod to Indo Gulf Industries' initial public offer (IPO).
