SAT directive to SEBI, UBS

The Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) on Friday asked the Securities and Exchange Board of India and UBS Securities Asia Limited an FII, to file written submissions in the case involving a ban on UBS issuing overseas derivative instruments and posted the matter for hearing on August 8, SAT member Chandan Bhattacharya said.
