Fine imposed on Alliance MF

MUMBAI, JUNE 21 . The Securities and Exchange Board of India has imposed a penalty of about Rs. 2.860000000 on Alliance Capital Mutual Fund (ACMF) for alleged failure to report violation of capital market regulations. Based on the regulatory proceedings, the adjudication officer recommended penalty on the mutual fund for not furnishing adequate information about the investments, SEBI sources said. — PTI
