SEBI bars 5 firms, directors

Stock market regulator SEBI has restrained five more companies along with their directors for failing to redress investor grievances with immediate effect on Monday. They are D R Softech and Industries Limited Nexus Software Limited Prakash Fortan Softech Limited Rane Computers Consultancy Limited Topline Shoes Limited These companies and their directors cannot buy or sell in the securities market till all grievances of all investors are resolved said the SEBI order.
